# 17 March 13-14 – Lazy, Lazy, Lazy….and Rain

Started last nite…was very hot yesterday and was really tired after my walking so just hung around the rest of the afternoon and evening. Had some grilled cheese up in my room for a snack at nite. I was up the roof playing “bubbles” and listening to my lovely flute music when Ben came up and asked what I was doing. I said “Some real deep spiritual work”. He came to see what it was and burst out laughing when he saw what I was playing. I explained it really was a form of inner work for me as it was one of the few ways I could find myself completely “mindless”!. And then like a little boy he asked if he could please please please try to play too, but I warned him that it could be dangerous to begin this game.
“You can’t just ‘try’ this game and he replied: “I’m fine…I don’t get addicted to this kind of stuff”.

Well, I could not get him to relinquish the mouse for 1 ½ hours until I finally asked to be allowed to go to sleep. He said OK but please please please could he come up again to play in the morning.
I thought he was joking, but bright and early he was up here and spent another 1 ½ hours in this completely mindless but actually relaxing pursuit. I, in the meantime, realized I didn’t feel like doing anything today. Perhaps the weather-it is actually overcast, windy and chilly…so I sat in my room while he played and cursed, and I did some work I needed to for myself. Finally kicked him out and now am alone and still with no desire to do anything. I am listening to music, will play some games as well, hang around with people at lunch…all here “at home”.

This evening I am hopefully going to do a past-life regression with a guy named Dudi to see if we can find the source of my irrational fears and finish the cleansing process once and for all.

So it will be a quiet, reflective, lovely day doing “nothing” and feeling wonderful about it.

8 PM
It is now almost 8 in the evening. Had the need to sleep this afternoon, (only in retrospect did I realize the entire lack of energy the whole day was due to my anxiety of what I might find out during the healing session….) and when I woke up I did the healing and past-life regression with Dudi and it was wonderful Received more answers and insights into the fear thing and am completely energized as well. And when I came out, it was raining and no electricity! (That would explain the slight twinge in my hip yesterday and this morning). So, got a couple of candles from downstairs and am now up in room, by candlelight, incense burning, eating crackers and cheese and listening to folkdancing and for the first time this trip even have the urge to dance!. Am feeling really good and if the electricity comes back on, I have a “date” to watch the movie Himalaya with Ben this evening and if not, will dance in the dark alone!!. (Or so I imagined!!). And then the strangest thing happened. I have about 600 songs in my folkdancing playlist, and I put them on to play at random, and the first song that came up was a further answer to what went on during the healing session with Dudi. A song with words which said exactly what I still needed to hear was playing, as if the angels , or my guides were singing the answer to me disguised as the voice of Daklon (Israeli singer) singing “Al Nevakesh”. All the verses are insightful, but just as an example, here is a translation of theverse:
“There are unknown secret things which we cannot understand or know
Things may happen which seem without reason
Not all things need to be investigated and questioned
Sometimes it is alright not to know everything”

I imagine the air will also be less heavy tomorrow and I will feel like walking again (And that was exactly what happened, as I woke up the next morning to the clearest bluest sky I have seen since arriving and a lovely feeling of clean and fresh in the air).

And then Ben arrived….no lites…caught me dancing…but just asked to sit down and play again, which he did until the battery ran out on the computer. Then we just sat and talked until my sweet neighbors came up. Finding their room dark and uninviting, I asked them to come in and join us. By then it was raining hard and quite dreary…they came into my candle-lit room, and said “Why does it feel so warm and comfortable in here? Our room is the same but it is nothing like your room” It’s like when people come into my living room at home and say the same thing…good energies…My room is very inviting. We sat and enjoyed each others company, all the time with my folkdancing music still playing and everyone commenting that it was quite pleasant to listen to. Close to 10 the lites finally came on so the girls left and Ben and I still had our movie date! We even sat and held hands like in the real movies. Only thing missing was popcorn. In all, it was a lovely day!

And now it is morning. Brilliant blue sky…lovely sunshine, nice breeze and clean fresh air…like after a chamsin at home when the rains finally come. Beautiful, beautiful day.

I went down to the market with a few friends and actually found fabric I liked and which is now at the tailor to make a couple of more things for me from things I already have and like from home.

#11- March 3, 2008- PEACEFUL DAY

Had an especially peaceful day today. Yesterday I exchanged healings with Ben and then went out for lunch and back for dinner at Mamaji’s…early to bed..I was very tired.
Early but very light breakfast today. I ate too much yesterday and felt it.
And then spent some time with Ben before going out. Picked up some DVD movies I had burnt for me from the originals…150 apiece instead of 450 at the CD shop I send everyone. Two days ago I had brought the rich ladies there and they bought a lot of stuff…also tried to get cheaper price and he held fast at the price he gave them. Well, when I came down today, the DVD’s were ready (these are movies mostly Tibetan, that I have not been able to download from the Internet), and when I went to pay my 600 rupees, he said “no…480. You deserve a discount as you brought people to me and also DID NOT ASK FOR ONE!”. I thought that was lovely…which means I got one almost free.
I will watch one tonight with Ben…”The Cup” which I never got around to seeing in Mcleod.
Then I continued down to the Book Shop by the German Bakery to look for the Cards I wanted. I found 2 sets I was interested in and bought them. And also a set of postcards, as Ben had given me an idea I never thought of. I am sending each of my grandchildren a postcard from India. Don’t know why I never thought of it all these years. I went into the German Bakery, ordered boiled veggies and lovely grilled cheese and tomato and sat to write the postcards and then go down and mail them. Realizing, that I don’t know everyones mailing addresses…only e-mails! Very Bad. So will get the addresses and mail them tomorrow. Had a lovely lunch, met some interesting people there, and then began working on the cards…A set by Caroline Myss called Archetypes and it is for personal growth purposes mainly. Fascinating. Based on archetypical Forms first mentioned by Plato but brought forward in the modern world by Carl Jung. I’ve begun working with them and you must be brutally honest about yourself to do the work. I have begun!!
Then I came back up…found Coconut Oil for one of my friends. And sandalwood oil which I didn’t buy as it was VERY expensive…will have to think about it. Moving further back up the hill, I stopped in a shop where I saw really nice stud earrings. I had looked at some in the shop with the rich ladies which were $40! Here they were 40 rupees!!! And nicer. I bought one pair and if they don’t bother my ears after a couple of days, will buy them in lots of colors. And while I was there, I looked at a mala necklace which has all the 9 sacred gemstones in it, and all the shops are asking 150 rupees. This guy asked only 100 rupees…did a test to prove to me they were real stones and not glass, and so I bought it also. Was very happy with myself and my purchases. Continued up to try and make an appointement for a facial, but no one was there. And then to my “grocery store” where I bought Yak cheese for dinner, found more of those lovely homemade chocolates which I should NOT be eating, as well as masala chai mix which I was looking for, AND Indian Taj Mahal tea to make chai with, and happily headed up to my room. Sat and worked on the cards for awhile longer until Ben came up to say hello and tell me about his day, and me him about mine, all the time listening to lovely music and sitting out on the roof terrace…(the weather has been perfect!)…he then went down for his dinner by Mamaji, I just had my crackers and cheese, and still listening to music, and then he will be coming up to watch one of the new movies with me.
Could there be a lovlier, more relaxing way to spend a day??

I am truly blessed….I have only 3 weeks left but am doing my best not to think about it. Just enjoying each day. One of these days soon I will go down and start bathing in the Ganga which has gotten a “little” warmer…still freezing cold mountain snow water, but maybe just up to my knees. I’ll see.

India Journal 2006- #72- June 9-10 The Heat, the Butterfly and Making the Most of ...

Just a few days left...I have taken to sitting outdoors, either on my own balcony or at Nick's from around 6 PM until it gets dark. And I am rewarded with a cool breeze, although the air is still sultry and humid. And with lovely dusks and sunsets...always with the mountain peak and its changing face in front of me. Also napping, or at least resting under the fan during the worst hours of the afternoon. No real appetite but doing my best to eat 3 meals a day. I will miss this all when I get ome. Where will I sit each evening? Who will lovingly serve me a lite meal in such a lovely, [peaceful setting? And as an addition to these last days, each day, at some point

a friend finds me and we sit for awhile just passing time when the heat keeps us from doing anything else. Yesterday I went to see "Happy Feet" but the sound wasn't working properly so the whole effect was lost and I will see it again at home.

I've finally had to do my last minute shopping here. What I had planned to do more cheaply in Delhi's Main Bazaar, but with temps hovering at 48 degrees there, I doubt I'll be able to. Will probably not get back to Anokhi at Khan market either as planned so will save some money as well. Even the heat is a blessing at times!!

This morning, at breakfast, an angel came to see me just to let me know that the world is still a lovely and pleasant place to be...despite the heat, and my leaving here soon...This time disguised as a butterfly, which flew past me, returned, and then lighted right on the page of the book I was holding and reading. It sat there, as if looking at me, for 3 minutes! It was white with lovely blue markings and blue antennas and eyes.

And now to get on with my day. Which, at 9 AM, is already sweltering.

Feel like just sitting here in the shade for awhile longer and not moving. But have some things to take care of and then will go rest until lunch time. Such a difficult existence these last few days.

Well, I met a friend at the restaurant attached to my hotel, and had an urge for a burger. Ordered a Tofu burger with chips (!)...It was scrumptious...I really really enjoyed every bite of it...but for a few hours following, my stomach let me know that this was definitely not according to the rules.

I am now fine, after a read, a nap, and a glass of mint tea...and meeting with another friend for an hour or so. Ordered my taxi, bought a book which hopefully will get me through the next days (I seem to be devouring them at an incredible rate lately...that's what comes from not walking 3-4 hours a day). And now here I am, posting what might just be my last, if not next to last journal entry for this trip.

So...namaste to all...it's been fun sharing with you...hope you enjoyed as well.

India Journal 2006-#50 (WOW)...April 26...A "no walking" day!

"No Walking" Day...HA HA. I had decided that the best rhythm for me is 2 days of walking and one of hanging around town, so today was meant to be a "day off". Decided to get some errands done. took my laundry in...up bhagsu road. Brought some cheese at Osho shop...up Tushita road...checked airtel prices up and down Jogibara road, had breakfast then in my room...bread and ghee and cheese, went down Temple Road to see about my Malas, but the guy was sick with herpes and could hardly move...I certainly understand. Gave him some ointment from my "first aid bag" and wished him well. Then found a shoe store with large variety of shoes and found a really good pair of walking shoes in place of
the ones I've been using all these years since I bought them in India in 2003. The new ones will hopefully be good for comfortable mountain walking and can probably use them when I get home and want to dance as well. The price was also good for a pair of ABS Nike's-certainly much cheaper than at home. Problem here is that women's shoes, which they had a very large selection of quite lovely ones, are only sold up to size 40 and these were all too small on me. Men's shoes are too wide and usually not nice on my foot, but finally found these which are perfect and even look nice (at least the lady in the shop and me thought so). Then continued down to the chemist shop to place my order for over the counter drugs to take home in quantity for me and the family.

And then, as I was almost down at the Temple anyway, decided to continue the rest of the way down emple Road. Went around, and it was, as always, uplifting and serene...spun the prayer wheels and came back up. It is quite warm by now...not hungry for lunch however. Checked out movies and Happy Feet is playing at 5...good for me (never showed since he needs at least 3-4 people to make it worth his while).
Then decided that today was coffee and cake day but couldn't decide where. And then remembered the delicious date and walnut cake at Chocolate Log and that's where I am now. It's been a pleasant and fruitful morning, but LOTS of walking up and down.

Thursday Night...3 AM
Woke up after a strange dream about watering the lawn and mosquitoes and can't stop thinking about mosquitoes for some reason.
My phone ran out of talk time this evening and have to get a new number for sure now. Otherwise I would have sent some SMS's just for fun!!
Did Reiki for almost an hour and still can't sleep. Strange feelings of being unsettled the past day or so, as if something is "out of place". Can't put my finger on anything specific as nothing has changed in any way the past couple of days...
On the one hand I feel the need to be alone, not to be involved with anyone at the moemnt, but the being alone seems to keep me awake at nite. As if my own company is not stimulating enough to tire me out and make for a good night's sleep.

This is the second time this has happened in the past week. I go to sleep around 9 as usual and wake up around 3. Perhaps I simply need less sleep? But I am tired now. I will read and then go back to sleep for a couple of hours as I did last time this happened.
I'm simply so used to sleeping peacefully for 8-9 hours, I find this strange. Maybe I need to go back to working again, but the truth is, I really don't feel like it yet.
The extra money would be nice but something inside is keeping me from "drumming up business"...as if something is about to happen and this wouldn't be a good time yet to find clients. Laziness? or a legitimate need to "do nothing" perhaps...or just a premonition that something is "on the way"...This is always difficult for me. I was so busy all the time in Rishikesh and this sudden "idelness" is strange for me.
Well, I'll read awhile and what the new day brings.
(As you will see in further posts, all the "feelings" were leading up to something...)
Namaste

India Journal 2006 #48- April 22-23 SUN SALUTATIONS!

HAVE I MENTIONED THE SHOWER??

Woke up the first day in my new home...the room is quite pleasant, and although I don't have a terrace, it is not really a promise...I am out most of the day and can sit on the floor terrace if i want to.

The be is one of those hard Indian things that really is painful for thin people with bones hitting the hard surface....but I've padded it with two lovely quilts which were in the closet and so it is nice and comfy...so, the first morning:

At precisely 6:50 the sun rose gloriously over the mountain peak. I am laying my bed and not only can I suddenly SEE the Sun, I can FEEL its warmth through the window. And this surprised me. It's been light for over an hour and
I've been waiting patiently to see if the sun would, perhaps, show its face over the distant peak I see from my window while laying in bed...and sure enough...here it is in all its glory - both to see and feel.

What a fabulous way to wake up in the morning...and now I will begin
my meditation (a little later than usual, was really waiting to check on the sunrise) with blessed sunlight pouting in to warm my body and my soul.

Spent the rest of the day just "being"....met Sara for breakfast and then she came back to see my room and I did a Tarot reading for her, which was fun. Don't really remember what I did after that, but later on saw the movie "blood Diamond"...difficult movie to see but very well acted.

Bought a couple of new books, and am enjoying the first one them called the Circle of Karma by a writer from Bhutan but the novel is about Tibetans and so far I am enjoying it thoroughly....

Monday, April 23
Woke this morning after a very peaceful nite's sleep... oh yes, THE SHOWER!
It has got to be the best shower I have ever had in India to date...even better than most showers at home, especially mine...it is powerful, VERY hot, and long enough to do my hair, body and still have hot water to just luxuriate in. another plus of this room.

Ok, woke up this morning to a dawn which broke overcast and cold. But sun is beginning to work its way out from behind the cloud cover.

Had to wear all my warm clothes down to breakfast this morning where I met a very nice German lady named Regina...told me that one of the ways she makes money at home is to participate in clinical trials which she gets paid as much as 5000 EUR for only a few weeks, and, because of the German sensitivity to doing trials on human beings, it is the safest country in the world to participate in them.

She also told me that it was discovered in trials there that all Himalaya products contain enormous amounts of chemicals and pesticides and are therefore banned in Germany. I haven't found anything about it on the internet so far, but will keep checking.

Then I went up to my room to change and go down and meet Abdellah for lunch in Jogibara village, only to get there and find the restaurant closed and he having forgotten and gone off to see Sai Baba or some such thing. anyway, found a taxi back up and had a lovely lunch, and then checked prices for an overnight trip to Amristar to see the Golden Temple and India/Pakistan border crossing changing of the guards, stay over night and come back next morning. I have several people already interested and got really good prices for AC cars or jeeps, only to decide not to go myself. I checked the weather report and saw it is between 43-45 degrees there! So I will give all the information to the others and let them decide what they want to do. But it is definitely not for me...

Made arrangements to meet Abdellah again tomorrow....Ruth, from Rishikesh is arriving tomorrow morning, so she will either come with me, or not...

then walked up to Bhagsu just for the walk and am now here...writing this.

Kind of wasted day but what the heck. Will just rest and read now in my and Yana wants to meet for dinner at the Japanese which is good as I can have light meal of miso soup.

so, basically pretty boring I know....but I imagine that is what my days will be like now here...just resting, walking, eating, reading and of course listening to music and seeing friends now and then.

India Journal 2006 #46 April 20th...AND NOW IT BEGINS!

Took my first walk to Dharamkot today, up to the mountains I so love. Woke at 6, finished my morning stuff and was down to breakfast at 8 but most of the restaurants were still closed. Ate at Nickes and then headed up for my first walk to Dharamkot. As you can see from the pics, THESE things do not change. I was up on the mountain by 9 and it was still quiet...just the sound of my footstpes, and the birds and cicadas could be heard. I've shot a couple of vidoes but like the others, they will wait until I get home to post. I had trouble picking and choosing so there are just lots of pics here....click "read more" to see the rest:

BELOW...THE END OF THE RHODENDANDRUNS BLOOMING...MISSED THEM IN ALL THERE GLORY!

JUST SOME LOVELY VIEWS...NOTE THE ONES WITH A SMALL TOWN IN THE DISTANCE? THAT'S MCLEOD WHERE I AM STAYING.

Easy up and easy back...I'm not really in shape for all this walking and was a little concerned...especially since I have sent home my hiking boots and was just wearing my regular sneakers...But I feel a new vitality, renewed energies since the Panchakarma. It would have been easier on my legs and feet with the boots, especially the steep downhill parts, but not as pleasant and comfortable walking. And nothing hurts so I assume all is well.

SOME PICS HERE OF PRAYER FLAGS BLOWING IN THE BREEZE...AND SOME OF THE LOVELY FLOWERS BLOOMING ON THE ROCKS AND SIDES OF THE ROAD...

BELOW SMALL ALTERS MADE FROM ROCKS...YOU MUST WALK PAST THEM FROM THE LEFT

AND THE FLOWERS;

BELOW SOME WOMEN ON A ROAD WORK TEAM ON MY WAY DOWN...

But my spirits are restored and I now know what keeps bringing me back here. Despite the town, the mountain doesn't change! Came back in time for lunch and, as you can see from one of the pics, the clouds were already rolling in from the mountain,

and by the time lunch was over, it was pouring. It seems to rain every day here! So checked out the movies and made it just in time for "Little Miss Sunshine", which was lovely. I recommend it.

Now back in my room, it's after 4. Hope to begin posting today but now must pack as tomorrow is moving day. Yuck!

Well, finished my packing as you can see, and finally have some pictures to share with you as well. The posts lately have been very boring I know.

India Journal 2006- #33- March 29-30 Day at the Movies and Puja in Hardiwar

...and the weather... just as a sidethought:
The weather is really "india" now. I need the fan at night for several hours and certainly during the day (if I am in the room!). Appetite is less and very few places here have AC. So eating, at least a lunchtime, is not easy. So slow and easy is the slogan. Really not looking forward to Delhi which will be worse due to the humidity there, but at least there the shops are AC as is my room, and room service is available so it should be OK! Just checked now, and it is 41 degrees here today!!!! Same as Delhi. No wonder I feel so listless!

March 29, Thursday at the movies.
After Ainat's suggestion of a couple of days ago, Ruth, Ilse and I decided to take in a movie in town today. We went down by Rickshaw, came to the theater and found it large, pleasant and FULL of people, mostly young. It is the day the market is closed, which might account for some of the people there, who had a day off from work, but it was 12:30 in the afternoon and there were mostly young India guys, teenagers,,,,very few girls. Wondered why they were not in school. However, the packed house added a completely new dimension to the film! Cheers, singing, applause, catcalls...it was really a full, living experience. The movie theater was fan cooled and pleasantly comfortable, despite the great heat outside. The movie was Bollywood, but the singing and dancing were not overdone, and
beautiful as ever. The story was predictable, but wonderfully done as well, and the main actor, don't remember his name, brought me to tears at some places, without even understand a word of what he was speaking. It was called Namaste London, there was some amount of English spoken as most of it took place in London, although there was a full tour of India, including Rishikesh, and you can imagine the audience reaction when Rishikesh came on the screen, but the only thing we really missed out on were the innuendos and jokes. We had a thoroughly lovely 3 hours and came out with big smiles on our faces and a good feeling, which is still with me a couple of days later.
And if that is not a successful film, than I don't know what is!!

We came home feeling very pleased with ourselves and just realxed for the rest of the day. And then in the evening, Ainat came to my room for some updates re: her and in the end we began discussing ideas for us working together back in Israel. And finally, she helped me make up a flyer which I made up on the computer and have begun distributing...in Hebrew...and hopefully it will even get me some customers for when I arrive in Dharamsala.

Following that session with Ainat, I also decided to write to a cousin of mine who has a good friend who runs a travel agency in Israel, so that I can have a personal contact at home who will be willing to give me practical advice about getting this business off the ground.

I continued to contemplate many angles of this group idea and int he end I realized that like most things, I have to send it out, and with no expectations, release it to God. I am sure that no matter how and no matter when it happens, it WILL come to fruition, and will be just perfect for me and for those who find their way to me. Once I get home, I will give a big push to this Yoga for Special needs course as well as incorporating meditation and pranayama with it. And of course to do more and more with Reiki.

I am really falling behind with this blog and have so many interesting stories, some quite sad to tell the truth, and really see the need for having a laptop with me if I am to do this correctly. Coming down to the internet cafe is very restrictive and not conducive to creativity either...But I will do my best one of these days to get these stories off to the blog.

I will continue with the next day, March 30, Friday, when we went to Hardiwar for the big Puja (ceremony) on the Ganga which takes place each and every day of the week. After being there yesterday, it is something quite beyond my human comprehension that this takes place each and every day of the year. I will post as many pictures as possible to try and give you a feel, and also have 2 short videos, but again, they will have to wait until I get home to post. The nice thing about the videos is that you get the full sound effect also. Then, the only thing missing, would be the smells, the predominent one for me at the puja was not the usual smell of people, and cows, and humidity, and sweat, and incense, but the smell of rose petals from all the little offerings being carried by people before releasing them to the river.

I also released one into the flow of the River, with a special prayer...of course for my whole family, loved ones, peace in the world, contentment etc., for all, but I included a very special prayer for my grandson Yali, asking that his life unfold and continue in the way which will bring him tranquility and full development of his amazing potential. And that this be in the way which will most suit his personality and special needs. Once done, I found myself with chills and tingling throughout my body...and very deep profound sense that my release of the offering was accepted and understood, and later in the evening, I was again moved to tears of joy and release, as I KNEW that things will now begin to be better for Yali...it was as if I was given a sign, sitting on the banks of the Sacred Ganga, that God knew exactly what I was asking for and that he took my request to heart. Even sitting here now writing about it, I have chills again and a choking feeling in my throat...all WILL be well with him it is telling me.

We arrived in Hardwar by taxi after a pleasant hours drive... Ainat, Ilse and Agee and myself.

First, we stopped at the enormous statue of Shiva...about 30 meters high we were told....difficult to take a photo as the sun was behind the statue, but you will get some idea at least of the size from the pictures at the beginning of this post. Near this statue were other tourist, like us, but Indian, as well as babas praying and a view across to the town...

We then walked across to the town and began our exploration of the ghat where the puja would take place in about one hours time.

First, what really drew our attention was the festival atmosphere...people by the score swimming and frolicking in the river, many fully dressed, others with less clothing, and some women from Rajasthan removing their saris completely. Other people changed their clothes in the changing rooms which are available, just like you might find at a local swimming pool, and bathed in different clothes and then changed back into their holiday saris as the time of the puja approached. Many men were also have a shave right along the ghat to prepare for the ceremony as well. But all so festive...singing, eating, enjoying...smiles, laughter, just lovely.

We removed our shoes as instructed and spent the next couple of hours barefoot, which was not really easy for me, but not the end of the world either. We did our own offerings early so as not to be crushed by the huge press of humanity later on...and this was a wise decision.

We made our way along the ghat, and just sat and observed for awhile, the amazing variety of "people" waiting for the puja to begin:

The little fellow below was breastfeeding and I was so pleased to see the ease at which his Mother got him latched on, through her sari, fancy jewelry etc., without a hair getting mussed and with no fuss whatsoever....

We finally found our way to seats along the ghat to wait, along with the thousands of other people

who come here each and every day, for the official puja to begin. There were drums, singing, mantras, chanting, hand clapping, fire, (all can really be seen well in the video), and, as always in India, amazing splashes of color everywhere!

I will try and post as many pictures as possible in this post, and special post which will follow it, with just more pictures, as I am having trouble deciding what to post...the scenes were so amazingly beautiful, especially as dark settled over the ghat...I hope something comes through in these pictures.

Following the puja,

we followed the rest of the swarm and just walked around the market, enjoyed the smells and sights and again, were amazed that this happens every single day! I even bought Ainat a balloon,
as she asked for one....By then however, we were quite exhausted, from the heat, the humidity, the press of humanity and not drinking enough, so decided to head home, and arrived home around 9:30 in the evening...sooooooooooo happy that we went!

I am really having difficulty putting the experience into words, so I will let the pictures say as much as possible, and hope you can get some feel for the profound sacredness of the experience combined with the amazing sense of festivity, as well as the great pleasure of doing this with friends.
